Glitter and Eyeshadow primer,
Brush some Skintact onto your eyelid after applying your regular makeup. This primer can be put on top of existing eyeshadow or as underbase.
Use it to define your eyeshadow, or tto apply an amazing glitter on the eyeshadow.
